ISMS build-out toward ISO/IEC 27001 certification (~4–6 months to certification-ready; certification target 2027). Gates the public-sector / enterprise segment. Phases 0–1 (policy, risk register) startable now; Phase 3 technical items become bitborg-infra issues (Loki security alerting, egress allowlists, Trivy, log integrity, secret rotation, recorded DR drill — note infra#81 (HTTP) + #91 (SSH) client-IP attribution, both shipped, are ISO audit-trail items). Detailed plan, timeline and business linkage tracked internally. Horizon: Later.
