Scope
ADR 0038 — Identity field ownership and the single edit surface. Covers the
ownership table (which system owns which field, and where each is concealed),
why the portal rather than the identity provider owns the edit surface, the
separation of concealment from enforcement, the never-clear rule, and the
consequences — including the widened read privilege and the risk of concealment
breaking silently on an upstream upgrade.
