Documents the Forgejo [storage] ceph volume (#188) and, critically, the data-migration + object-level verification procedure that the 2026-07-21 cutover skipped — repointing [storage] to an empty volume 404'd avatars/packages/LFS instance-wide while /api/healthz stayed 200.

Adds: the storage-volume overview + mount/ownership mapping, the mandatory rsync-the-blobs step with the old-blob location, a fetch-a-real-object verification (avatar → 200, not healthz), backup-before-reclaim ordering, and the site-packages/hgext/lfs over-count gotcha.

The 2026-07-21 cutover repointed [storage] to an empty ceph volume without
migrating existing blobs, so avatars/packages/LFS 404'd instance-wide while
/api/healthz stayed 200. Add a storage-volume section with the mandatory
migrate-data + fetch-a-real-object verification step (healthz reads no stored
object), the old-blob location, backup-before-reclaim ordering, and the
site-packages/hgext-lfs over-count gotcha.
