kanidm: the dev OAuth2 tile still reads "bitborg portal (dev)" after the rename #286

#284 renamed three OAuth2 client tiles for users but left the fourth, which now reads as the only mis-cased entry beside three correct ones.

Live state after the apply:

Client Display name
forgejo Bitborg
bitborg-web Bitborg Account Dashboard
grafana Gitborg Grafana
bitborg-web-dev bitborg portal (dev)

Two style-guide violations in one string: lowercase brand (the guide requires Bitborg always, including at the start of a label), and "portal", an internal name that the rename of bitborg-web deliberately removed.

Why it is minor

The client is scope-mapped to forgejo_admins, which currently contains one person, so no ordinary user sees it. It is cosmetic and admin-only.

Why it is still worth fixing

The whole point of #284 was that these tiles are user-facing copy rather than configuration strings. Leaving one un-reviewed undermines that: the next person to read the list sees three conventions and one exception, with nothing recording which is intended.

Suggested: Bitborg (local development) — says what it is without the internal product name, and sorts next to the others.

The design's tile table simply omitted this client, so this is a gap in the design rather than in the implementation.

Done when

All four declared clients carry style-guide-compliant display names.
