Adds a note to the restore-drill section of the runbook: bitborg-web's
/securitypage and the homepage security principle card (shipped in bitborg-web #44) assert a weekly tested restore, so the drill's green status is now a public-facing claim — ifBackupDrillFailedfires or the timer stops, the site copy is temporarily inaccurate, not just the ops metric. The note reminds operators to spot-check
gitborg_backup_drill_last_run_statusbefore deploying bitborg-web security content, and to treat a sustained drill failure as a site-copy issue too.Docs-only; no behaviour change.
