Terms: section 1 (18 to buy a paid plan), 6 and 8 (no exclusion of liability for loss we cause against consumers), 7 (konsumentköplagen remedies kept), 9 (duration and cancellation, fallback to a participant account after withdrawal, refunds where mandatory law requires), 10 (inactivity deletion only for free accounts, 30 days' notice), 11 (home-court option for EU/EEA consumers, ARN), 12 (valid reason, 30 days' notice and free termination before a change).

Privacy Policy: billing data under "What we process", accounting records kept seven years under bokföringslagen, payment data named as the exception to the EU/EEA promise. Security page: Mollie listed under known exceptions.

The payment provider's merchant review classes Bitborg as a hosting
service and requires a published Acceptable Use Policy. Section 4 of the
Terms now covers scope, restricted and high-risk activities, law and
sanctions, fraud, responsibility for third parties, and monitoring and
enforcement, in English and Swedish. Paid accounts get notice before
suspension unless the breach is serious or the law requires immediate
action, consistent with #266.

The footer links to the section anchor in both languages.
