New src/lib/security-txt.test.ts: no gitborg string, required fields on bitborg.se, Expires in the future. It fails on the old file and will fail after 2027-08-01 until renewed.

pnpm test: 492 passed, 3 skipped. pnpm check: 0 errors. pnpm lint: clean.

Open questions

None. Remaining gitborg strings in src/ are deliberate (reserved account names, comments and a test about the old mail domain).

fix: point security.txt at bitborg.se a3f595c24b

Contact, Canonical and Policy still named the pre-rename gitborg.se
host. Contact now matches the address on the contact and security
pages. Policy links the contact page, which holds the disclosure text.
A test fails on any gitborg string or an expired Expires date.

test: fail security.txt expiry 30 days early

A test that fails on the expiry date breaks every unrelated PR that day.
Fail 30 days ahead so renewal lands in a normal PR. Also assert the
RFC 9116 upper bound: Expires less than one year ahead.
