Confirm Renovate self-hosted key type (PGP/RSA), the self-hostable encrypt page + public-key substitution point, the scoped-ciphertext JSON shape (org [+repo]), that a repo-config encrypted.token decrypts AND that org-scope is enforced (mismatch rejected), inheritConfig behaviour, and log redaction. Deliverable: findings note. Plan Task 1.
