Summary

ADR 0036 (sign-up trial and downgrade) shipped; status corrected from Proposed to Accepted.
ADR 0035 named a specific private repository; reworded to describe it as a separate AGPL-3.0 repository for the reconciler, without the name.
Rewrote the architecture.md reconciler section and diagrams to match the current model: one shared paid quota via tier_basic/tier_pro/tier_trial, a 5-minute systemd timer plus the ADR 0037 event-driven trigger. Cites ADR 0035 and ADR 0037.
Fixed the SSO-only login citation in architecture.md (ADR 0014, not ADR 0020, which is the observability ADR).
Added the restic incremental off-site backup tier to the Backups section.
Updated the pinned Forgejo/Kanidm versions in design/identity-field-validation.md to the live versions, and corrected the Kanidm pin's source path.
