Documents the second off-site backup destination implemented in gitborg/gitborg-infra#41 — Glesys (Swedish, Falkenberg) as the new primary off-site copy, Hetzner demoted to secondary redundancy.
decisions/0011-external-services-sovereignty.md— dated update note: the off-site tier now has two destinations; the primary is Swedish (Glesys/Ceph), largely closing the principle-#1 exception; Hetzner remains only as a secondary cross-provider redundancy copy; bucket names vaulted; the restore drill (ADR 0027) fetches from the primary.architecture.md— Backups prose + both mermaid diagrams (top overview + Backups flow) updated to show two destinations with Glesys primary; drill fetches from the primary.principles.md— off-site tier reframed: primary now Swedish; Hetzner a secondary redundancy copy.Epic: #2
