that grants paid-equivalent capabilities and downgrades to a participant account at end of August:

tier_trialgroup nested into the paid entitlement groups, projected by thereconciler, with an operator-gated batch downgrade and a
TRIAL_OPENkill switch. Epicbitborg-docs#51; implemented by bitborg-web#92/#93 and bitborg-infra#232.
oneshot full-sweep into a rate-limited, de-duplicating work queue fed by writer-enqueue + a
Forgejo
repositorywebhook, with a periodic resync backstop — revising ADR 0035's oneshottrigger model (projection rules unchanged). Design only; grounded in the finding that Kanidm
cannot push change events. Records the cheaper debounce-plus-diff-skip alternative too.
