Cosmetic follow-up to the ADR 0035 reconciler extraction (#226, PR #227): drop the -next suffix that the reconciler container units + role vars still carry from the dry-run parallel-run era. It's now the only reconciler, so gitborg-reconciler-next → gitborg-reconciler.

Scope

Rename templates: gitborg-reconciler-next.{container,timer}.j2 → gitborg-reconciler.{container,timer}.j2, reconciler-next.env.j2 → reconciler.env.j2; tasks/next-container.yml → tasks/container.yml.
Rename role vars reconciler_next_* → reconciler_* (_enabled, _apply, _container_name, _env_file, _textfile_dir, _memory_*; fold _on_calendar into the existing reconciler_on_calendar).
On-host transition: stop + disable gitborg-reconciler-next.timer and remove its unit/timer/env files before installing the renamed units (otherwise two timers fire the reconciler twice/tick). The renamed env/timer reuse the retired bash basenames, so the teardown targets only the -next paths.
Update the runbook.

No behaviour change — the container, image, metrics (gitborg_reconciler_*), and alerts are untouched.
