Closes #229. Cosmetic follow-up to the ADR 0035 reconciler extraction: drops the -next suffix the container units + role vars still carried from the dry-run parallel-run era. It's the only reconciler now, so gitborg-reconciler-next → gitborg-reconciler.

Changes

Renamed templates (gitborg-reconciler-next.{container,timer}.j2, reconciler-next.env.j2) and tasks/next-container.yml → tasks/container.yml (git-tracked renames).
Renamed role vars reconciler_next_* → reconciler_* (folding _on_calendar into the existing reconciler_on_calendar).
main.yml: replaced the (already-applied, #227) bash teardown with a one-time gitborg-reconciler-next teardown — stop+disable the old timer and remove its unit/timer/env before installing the renamed units, so the two timers never fire the reconciler twice per tick. The renamed env/timer reuse the retired bash basenames, so the teardown targets only the -next paths.
runbook updated.

No behaviour change — container image, metrics (gitborg_reconciler_*), and alerts are untouched.

Applied + verified on prod (2026-07-28)

site.yml --tags reconciler applied (changed=6), re-apply idempotent (changed=0). Verified: old gitborg-reconciler-next.timer not-found + its files gone; exactly one reconciler timer (gitborg-reconciler.timer → gitborg-reconciler.service); on-demand run reconcile complete (APPLY=true) exit 0; scraped reconciler.prom fresh (status=0). Health gates green.

The reconciler container units + role vars still carried the -next suffix from the
ADR 0035 dry-run parallel run (#221). It's the only reconciler now (#226), so drop it:

- Rename templates (gitborg-reconciler-next.{container,timer}.j2, reconciler-next.env.j2)
  and tasks/next-container.yml -> tasks/container.yml.
- Rename reconciler_next_* vars -> reconciler_* (fold _on_calendar into reconciler_on_calendar).
- main.yml: replace the (already-applied) bash teardown with a one-time gitborg-reconciler-next
