Repoints prod from the v1.0.0 tag to the immutable v1.1.0 tag (ADR 0028 exact-pin). v1.1.0 carries tier_trial support (ADR 0036).

Apply-time check: the git.gitborg.se/gitborg/gitborg-auth-reconciler:v1.1.0 image must exist in the registry (built by the release workflow on the pushed v1.1.0 tag). The reconciler role pulls-then-starts, so a missing image fails the apply fast rather than breaking the running timer.

Apply the reconciler role (infra-apply) to pull + restart on the new tag; verify gitborg_reconciler_last_run_status=0 and the running image afterwards (issue #63 — confirm the container actually restarted on the new tag).
