What

Pin the reconciler image to v1.5.0 (was v1.4.1).

The new image aborts before any Forgejo write when every Kanidm tier group reads empty while non-exempt Forgejo users exist. That is the signature of an ACL-filtered (partial) read, which would otherwise demote paid accounts. It never fires while any tier group has a member. Production has members in both the paid and participant tiers today.

Apply

Reconciler role: the container is replaced on the new image. Applied together with #515 (Forgejo limits). After the apply, check that the next reconcile run completes and is not aborted.

Aborts before any Forgejo write when every Kanidm tier group reads empty while non-exempt users exist, so a partial read cannot demote paid accounts.
