Bahnhof revised its VPC unit prices; this updates every file that references those costs, read from the calculator on 2026-07-12.

Changes

cost/prices.yml — new rates; snapshot/backup/image assumption tracks standard disk (0.54); S3 now priced (0.22/GB). Formula comment, cross-check example (now 977 SEK/mo) and read-date updated.
docs/bahnhof-vpc.md — flavour table and the regular/SSD disc tables recomputed; prose corrected to "per GB per month".
cost/README.md — v1-node example 405 → 436 SEK/month.

The cost/data/samples.jsonl history is left as-is (gitignored, point-in-time measurements). scripts/openstack-cost.py and docs/runbook.md hold no hardcoded prices, so no change there.

Verified: prices.yml reconciles Bahnhof's published example configs exactly (4 vCPU / 8 GB / 200 GB SSD + FIP = 977).

Business-doc figures are updated separately.
