Ta bort grenen "%!s()"
Borttagning av en gren är permanent. Även om den borttagna grenen kan fortsätta existera en kort tid innan den faktiskt tas bort, kan det INTE ångras i de flesta fall. Vill du fortsätta?
The Terms and Privacy Policy identify the controller only as "Bitborg, Sverige" — no proprietor
name, no organisationsnummer, no postal address.
Swedish e-handelslagen §8 expects a trader to give its name, geographic address and registration
details, and GDPR Art. 13(1)(a) expects the controller's identity. A privacy-positioned service whose
legal pages cannot say who the controller actually is undercuts its own pitch, and this audience reads
those pages.
The firm is registered and VAT-registered, so this is a matter of writing the details down rather than
obtaining anything.
Suggested
Add an identification block to both the Terms and the Privacy Policy, in both languages: legal name,
organisationsnummer, address, and the contact address. The new
/contactpage is a reasonable placeto repeat it.
Also relevant to the invoicing path when payments launch, where the details are required anyway.
