The legal and operator work that has to be true before the first paid plan is sold. It runs beside the payments epic (#5): checkout can be built without it, but nothing can be sold until it is done.

Scope: trader identification on the legal pages, Terms that give consumers their statutory right of withdrawal, a privacy policy that names the payment processor, signed processor agreements, the payment provider's onboarding, and the bookkeeping side. Most of it is business administration and is tracked internally. The public tasks are listed below.

Tasks

Publish the trader identification values on the legal pages (bitborg/bitborg-web#268).
bitborg/bitborg-web#254 — consumer right of withdrawal, payment processor in the privacy policy
bitborg/bitborg-web#266 — consumer-law review of the Terms and Privacy Policy before paid checkout
bitborg/bitborg-web#267 — Acceptable Use Policy, required by the payment provider's merchant review
Telephone number in the Terms' pre-contract information (distansavtalslagen 2 kap. 2 §). Waits on a business number. Tracked internally.

Working rule until checkout is live

Infra Todo takes only launch blockers, security bugs and cost leaks. Everything else waits in Backlog.

Done when

A first paid plan has been sold and invoiced under the published Terms.
