Runs the full CI gate set on pre-push.

pre-push ran build, test and e2e. CI also runs prettier, eslint, stylelint, markdownlint, the content-style lang-check, the astro type-check, a drizzle-kit migration check, gitleaks and a production dependency audit. None of those nine had a local gate.

skip_empty: false is load-bearing. Lefthook diffs against the branch's remote counterpart to decide which files a push touches; a brand-new branch has none, so every job is skipped with "no matching push files". That is the exact state a feature branch is in on its first push, which means build, test and e2e have never actually run on one.

Two deliberate notes:

e2e stays in the hook although CI does not run it yet. #176 tracks adding it to CI. Until then the hook is deliberately stricter than CI on that one point.
gitleaks is guarded. If it is not installed the job warns loudly that CI will still run the check, rather than blocking a push on a missing tool.

Verified: pushing this branch ran all twelve jobs and passed, in about 23 seconds.
