bitborg-web restricted all updates to 'before 6am on monday', so Renovate deferred every update 6 days out of 7 (Dependency Dashboard #24 showed 7 updates 'Awaiting Schedule'). Other repos have no schedule and update any day. This removes the top-level weekly schedule to match them; lock-file maintenance keeps its own weekly schedule (conventional).
