Reflect the shipped #184 quota model on the public pricing pages (sv + en):

LFS is now included in the paid account's 10 GB shared storage (repos + files + LFS).
Removed the separate 25 kr LFS add-on row (it no longer exists).
Storage add-on reworded to additional storage in 10 GB increments (dropped the 'LFS beyond the included 10 GB' split).

Language-check clean; pnpm check/lint pass. Merging deploys via ADR 0019. Relates bitborg-infra#184 (shipped), #185 (per-user increment enforcement).
