"Gate invite issuance" — invite codes are retired. Registration is open (ADR 0029); the
invite_codes table survives only for audit. There is no invite issuance left to gate.

The integration itself also does not belong here: it lives in the separate private payment service, whose
Mollie adapter is the sole implementation of that interface. The portal's role is the upgrade UI and typed
calls into that service, not the provider integration.

Filed as #145 with the scope that actually remains, so nobody picks this up and builds a provider
integration in the wrong repository.
