Problem

The Terms say a pre-paid period is non-refundable. For consumers that conflicts with lagen (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler, which gives a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance service contracts and requires the trader to inform about it and provide the model withdrawal form.

The Privacy Policy also does not name the payment processor that paid plans will use.

Terms (sv and en) state the consumer right of withdrawal: how to withdraw, the proportional charge when the consumer asked the service to start at once, refund timing, and that it does not apply to business customers.
The model withdrawal form is published in both languages.
The Privacy Policy names the payment processor, the data it receives and the legal basis.
Merged before paid checkout goes live.
