Follow-ups (not in the launch slice): Caddy edge rate-limit on
/api/signup(gitborg/gitborg-infra#48 slice, after #81), pruning never-activated accounts, participant→paid upgrade path (epic #26). Horizon: Next.Open beta shipped 2026-07-18 — all four launch-slice tasks done (web#49/#50, infra#84/#85). Moving to Shipped and closing. Out-of-slice follow-ups have their own homes: edge rate-limit gitborg/gitborg-infra#48, participant→paid path epic #26; account pruning is future backlog.
