Removed LFS as a separate cap/add-on: LFS is included for paying users, enforced by a single shared size:all quota covering repos + assets + LFS + packages together (no separate LFS bucket).

Shipped 2026-07-21:

  • 10 GB shared (10737418240 bytes) per paid account — one size:all rule.
  • Collapsed to one paid group (+ participant + org groups); dropped the lfs-basic/pro/xl split.
  • Dropped ent_lfs from Kanidm. Buying extra storage in 10 GB increments is a separate follow-up (#185/#188).

Why it's clean: size:all already includes LFS (participant/org groups already use it); a single size:all rule has nothing to merge against, so no most-permissive-merge trap (the reason #125 H2 needed two rules).

Delivered via PR #187 (reconciler + kanidm) and PR #190 (runbook); public pricing copy #80/#81. Follow-ups: #185 (per-user increments), #188 (LFS cheap tier), #189 (zoekt backup exclusion).

Relates to epic bitborg-docs#26 (pricing enforcement); touches the reconciler hardened in #125/#166.
