Remove LFS as a separate cap/add-on: LFS is included for paying users, enforced by a single shared size:all quota. Implements #184.

⚠️ Already applied to production and verified: quota groups are now paid/participant/org-default/org-unlimited; the lfs-* two-rule tiers are purged; paid = 10 GiB size:all; alexanderkjall + kofish are on paid; no user dropped to zero-quota. This PR syncs git with the applied state.

Changes

roles/reconciler/templates/gitborg-reconciler.sh.j2 — collapse the two-rule ensure_group into a single paid group via size:all; reclassify tier_basic/tier_pro → paid; purge legacy lfs-* groups after user reassignment.
roles/reconciler/defaults/main.yml — reconciler_paid_group/_limit (10 GiB) + legacy-purge list; drop the per-tier LFS/store vars.
roles/kanidm/defaults/main.yml — drop ent_lfs; remove the LFS add-on group.

Follow-ups (#185)

Per-user 10 GB storage increments (buy unlimited) — live Kanidm per-user attribute + per-user quota, payments-coupled.
Kanidm prune of the now-unused ent_lfs/ent_lfs_large/ent_storage groups.
Public pricing copy (sv/en) + pricing docs still describe the old LFS add-on — separate change.
